We take great pride and care in all of our installations, be it a small concession in a department store through to a flagship store in the centre of London’s busy streets. The installation stage of each project offers us the chance to showcase our talents, workmanship and finishes to our clients and the general public who come into contact with our sites.

As the installation is such a critical phase of each contract, it is important that all aspects of the project are considered and thought through to ensure that the end product reflects the high standards that we demand and our clients expect.

Before any manufacturing or installation works begin, we carefully survey the existing conditions of each site and produce bespoke setting out drawings unique to the nature of each build. This ensures that the fixtures, fittings and finishes can be carefully planned in advance.

Foremen, Fixers and Decorators

To ensure that the installation of each site is of the quality that we insist upon, we have dedicated teams of foremen, fixers and decorators who are employed directly by Daw Green Contracts and deliver a first class service to uphold our reputation.

We also work with a select group of sub-contractors to ensure that the electrical, mechanical, sprinklers, flooring installations etc all meet with our exacting standards. Most of the sub-contractors that we work with have a long-standing relationship with Daw Green Contracts and have a proven track record of delivering quality as part of a team.

Health & Safety

As well as ensuring that our site installation teams are of the calibre we require, we also have a duty to look after the health & safety of our staff, sub-contractors and members of the public. We ensure that all sites are conducted in a safe and tidy manner and that all employees and sub-contractors hold the relevant qualifications and certification pertinent to their trade and the scope of works that is being carried out.
